Location: Dublin 15 (hybrid available) | Type: Full-time | Salary: Competitive + bonus

Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career?

ALS Identify specialise in designing, building and integrating custom product handling and labelling solutions for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors, and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Executive to help us convert inbound leads, build relationships with existing clients, and uncover new business opportunities.

This is more than just a call-centre role, it’s a key commercial position in a collaborative sales team where your voice, ideas, and results will make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a hands-on sales role with variety built in. Your week might include:

  • Responding to inbound leads via phone and email (asking the right questions, qualifying interest, and getting the conversation moving)
  • Making outbound calls to both prospects and existing clients (building trust, following up, and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities)
  • Supporting the field sales team with qualified leads, CRM updates, and pre-meeting prep
  • Researching target accounts and market sectors, helping us stay one step ahead
  • Keeping the CRM up to date with accurate notes, opportunities, and pipeline stages
  • Identifying buying trends and customer behaviours, and sharing insights that help us grow
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table, we welcome initiative, continuous improvement, and smart shortcuts

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who’s curious, organised, and commercially sharp. Someone who’s as comfortable picking up the phone as they are logging details in the CRM.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 1+ years’ experience in an inside sales, sales support, or customer engagement role
  • Confidence making outbound calls
  • Experience using a CRM to track leads, manage pipeline, and stay on top of follow-ups
  • A customer-first mindset; you’re listening, learning, and looking for solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • The ability to prioritise, stay organised, and juggle multiple conversations at once

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in B2B sales within manufacturing, food, pharma, or industrial sectors
  • A qualification in business, sales, or a related field; not essential, but a nice to have
