Last Friday, nearly 500 business leaders gathered at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport for the Fingal Business Awards, a milestone night for organisations across the county and an unforgettable one for us at ALS Identify. We are proud to share that we were named Business of the Year (SME Category) at this year’s awards.

Now in their 21st year, the Fingal Business Awards celebrate excellence, innovation, resilience and customer service across every corner of the region. With more than 90 organisations represented and 24 award categories, competition in the SME space was incredibly strong. To be recognised among such a diverse and ambitious group of businesses is something we value deeply.

Winning this award reflects the progress we have made over the past decade. Having previously won in 2012, this recognition highlights just how far ALS Identify has come, growing our capabilities, expanding our team and strengthening our role in helping manufacturers across Ireland improve traceability, compliance and end-of-line operations.

Our team deserves huge credit for this achievement. Day in, day out, they deliver the expertise, care and reliability that define our approach. From early morning service visits to complex system integrations, they carry the standard that our customers recognise and trust. This award is a direct reflection of their work.

We are also incredibly grateful to our customers, partners and suppliers. Their willingness to collaborate, challenge us and invest in long-term solutions is what drives our innovation. We would not be here without their continued support.

The broader success stories on the night reflect the strength of the Fingal business community. From large enterprises like Malone Group to innovative start-ups such as Cozmotec, and from local retailers to major international brands like Keoghs Crisps, the awards showcased a region that is growing fast and investing in what comes next. That sense of momentum was felt throughout the evening, a reminder that Fingal is a dynamic place to build and scale a business.

We extend our congratulations to all finalists and winners across the 24 categories, and we are proud to stand alongside so many companies making a real impact in the region.

A huge thank you again to Fingal Chamber, Fingal County Council and Dains Ireland for sponsoring the SME category, and to everyone who supports ALS Identify.

We are excited to build on this momentum and continue raising the bar for reliability, innovation and service in Irish manufacturing.
