Sales Operations Coordinator

Purpose of the Role
Our sales team is small and busy: an Inside Sales Representative who finds new customers and books site visits, and two Field Sales Representatives who visit sites, quote and close deals.
This role is the back-office engine behind that team. You will own the price lists, cost sheets and quote builder the field reps use, so that quoting becomes much faster, and you will quote off-the-shelf items yourself. You will keep colleagues informed between order and delivery, build a clear picture of what every customer has and buys from us, turn our sales data into prioritised contact lists for the Inside Sales Representative, and look after the quality of our Pipedrive CRM.
The role is back-office. Our field reps remain the customer’s point of contact and quote machinery, conveyors and complete systems themselves; our Inside Sales Representative handles appointment-setting. You will work closely with colleagues across sales, manufacturing, service and accounts, and with our suppliers.

Ireland's Specialist in Industrial Labelling Systems

As an independent supplier, we use our experience to select the best option for your application — including automatic labelling systems — to provide you with reliable, efficient results.

With over 20 years of experience integrating a variety of labelling systems for food, beverage, and pharma manufacturers — supporting traceability across every stage of production — there is rarely a labelling challenge they haven’t overcome.

Trusted by labelling OEMs such as Novexx, IMA Labelling, Zebra and Logopak as distributors in Ireland, we use our expertise to select the best option for your application.

What Types of Labelling Systems Do We Supply?

Our range covers everything from entry-level semi-automatic setups to high-speed fully automatic lines, with every system matched to your specific production requirements.

Print and Apply Systems

A print and apply labelling system prints variable data onto a label in real time and applies it precisely to the product or packaging as it moves along the line. This removes the need for manual labelling, improves consistency, and supports traceability requirements across food, beverage, and pharma production.

Case and Pallet Labelling

Case labelling and pallet labeller options are available for operations that need reliable, accurate identification at the outer packaging and logistics stages of the line.

Built and Tested at Our Dublin Workshop

Our mechanical, electrical, and project engineers will design integrated labelling systems to meet your requirements, build them in our workshop in Dublin and test them both in our facility and in yours. Where the line also needs handling equipment, we can integrate conveyor systems as part of the wider solution.

Ongoing Support

We also provide ongoing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs support to keep your line running at full capacity.

Industrial Labelling Systems FAQ

Plan a labelling system around your line requirements

ALS Identify supplies a full range of labelling solutions, including label printers, automatic and semi-automatic labelling systems, print and apply systems, high-speed labelling, and all associated ancillary equipment. As a trusted distributor for OEMs such as Novexx, Zebra, IMA Labelling, and Logopak, the team selects the best-fit option for each specific application rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all product.

Yes, ALS Identify’s mechanical, electrical, and project engineers design custom solutions built around your line’s requirements, not the other way around. Each system is built in their Dublin workshop and tested both in-house and on-site before going live.

A print and apply system prints variable data onto a label in real time and then applies it precisely to the product or packaging as it moves along the line. This replaces manual labelling, improves consistency, and supports traceability requirements in sectors like food, beverage, and pharma.

ALS Identify designs custom labelling solutions around line requirements and tests them before installation. With over 20 years of integration experience across food, beverage, and pharma manufacturing, the team can advise on the best fit for your application.
