We provide custom labelling solutions that are uniquely designed and built to specific product and handling requirements. Most labelling applications, no matter how simple or complex, require some level of customisation in order to meet the client’s specific needs.
We build and design all of our labelling systems to meet customised requirements, which are agreed upon as part of the consultation process with the end user.

Tamper Evident Labelling
Example of a 4-panel (top, two sides & rear) wipe-down labelling machine, applying a shaped label to the top of packs and then wiping down three additional sides. Label incorporates a perforated tab which acts as a tamper-evident seal for the lid of the pack, once applied. This labeller can be modified for Tamper evident labelling in a range of applications, such as tamper evident labels on lids, trays, cartons, boxes etc.
Syringe Labeller
Automatic labelling of syringes from full or partial wrap-around to multi-wrap resealable labels. Example shows long labels being wrapped over 15 times around each syringe, with virtually no skewing, at a rate of 30 per minute. Regular single label wraps can achieve 120 per minute. Accuracy is achieved by heavy duty welded stainless steel construction throughout and a labeller support that gives high precision angle adjustments in 3 planes, each axis with digital indicators for easy resetting on repeat jobs. The dispense edge can be raised and lowered independently from main labeller body and a hot-foil or thermal coder can be mounted for lot and expiry coding.
